All items come carefully secured in individual boxes; each unique piece of glass has its own foam mold customized to the exact shape and size of your piece, giving it the most protection possible from damage during shipping. |
| Product Shipping: |

KC Glass uses UPS and FedEx for all product order shipping. The customer has a choice of delivery times; usually we ship Ground, but at the customer's request, shipping can be expedited for an additional cost. For large quantities, we have trucking services that will go the extra mile to ensure that your products are delievered safely and on time. |
| Order Receipts: |
|
All order receipts are included with your order in a sealed envelope on top of the shipping box. |

| Delivery Time: |
|
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery time. We can usually get it out sooner, unless it is a large volume order. Contact us if you require expedited delivery. |

| Damaged Products: |
|
KC Glass Home Decor has a 10-day claim policy for products that are either ordered online or purchased from one of our Art Shows. If your product arrives broken, and you notify us within 10 days, we will replace your product free of charge. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges unless we are notified before your 10 day claims period ends. All claims must be accompanied by a receipt indicating the date of sale. |
